Will your favorite shows make it to the Fall lineup

I haven't heard of or seen most of the ones on the chopping block. I'm a little concerned for some shows on the bubble. Cold Case 1-5 DVD and Rules of Engagement are 2 that I like! It's increasingly hard to watch Cold Case 1-5 DVD (CBS!!) because whenever I DVR it, about 80% of the time I miss the episode and the end of Amazing Race is playing where my Cold Case 1-5 DVD should be (CBS!!). I'm highly irritated by that and don't think it's fair.
